Because we stand behind our craftsmanship, every piece is covered by our lifetime warranty. If it ever tarnishes, fades or shows a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it so you can keep wearing it for years to come.
We recommend cleaning your jewellery by hand with lukewarm water and a soft, lint-free cloth.
If you use a cleaning device, select a delicate or jewellery-safe mode to avoid scratching or damaging the materials. Rinse thoroughly and allow the piece to air-dry completely before storing.

What if I would like to return my jewellery?
We want you to love your piece just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the jewellery comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.
Simply send us an email with your order details, we’ll take care of the rest!
Will my jewellery fade or tarnish?
Your jewelry is made to last. It will not fade or tarnish with normal wear. We use high quality materials and durable plating so your pieces keep their shine.
If you store them with care and keep them away from harsh products, they will stay beautiful for a very long time.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, delivery really is free.
For all orders within the UK, we provide free Royal Mail tracked delivery. There is no paid priority option because it is not needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service.
We pack your jewellery by hand in our studio and send it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your doorstep.
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we dispatch quickly and you never pay for delivery.
Are all your products handmade?
Every single design is created by the three McAllister sisters, Jane, Joan and Judy. Each piece begins as a sketch at the kitchen table, is brought to life by hand in our family studio, and is carefully inspected by one of the sisters before it is sent to you.
What if my piece breaks or needs repair?
Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.
For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
